Do you need water or electricity from me?
No. Our van carries a 300-litre water tank and its own generator, so we only need access to your car.
Where do you work?
Across Dubai: villas, communities, and office or residential parkings where car washing is allowed.
How long does it take?
Crystal Clean takes about 2 hours, Diamond Care 3–4 hours, and Platinum Detailing 5–7 hours.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes. VAT is included in all prices on the site: you pay exactly the amount you see, nothing is added on top.
How do I pay?
Any way you like: cash, a Visa or Mastercard card, or a secure payment link we send to your WhatsApp after the service. Monthly plans are paid in advance.
What if something is missed?
Tell us and we will come back and fix it free of charge. It is part of our quality standard.
Do you work on Sundays?
Yes. We work every day, including Sundays, from 07:00 to 22:00.
How do I get 10% off?
The discount is for your first order. After the wash, post a photo of your car on Instagram (a post or a story) and tag Zeina. Show us the post and we will take 10% off when you pay.
